History of Ayurvedic Medicine and Its Necessity

History of Ayurvedic Medicine

The word ‘Ayu’ means ‘life’ and the word ‘Berd’ means ‘knowledge’ or ‘knowledge’. The word 'Ayurveda' means biology or biology. That is, the knowledge through which the welfare of living beings is achieved is called Ayurveda or Biology. Ayurveda treatment refers to the treatment given through herbs or plants. This treatment is 5,000 years old.

Ayurveda is a part of the holy Veda - the part of the Atharva Veda in which medical science is described. In ancient times, human diseases were treated through plants. This treatment is now known as Alternative Treatment. At present this treatment is more common in Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan.

This treatment has become very popular in the developed world as well. Because many modern allopathic medicines have side effects. Medications such as ciprofloxacin, flucloxacillin, metronidazole, cloxacillin, etc. cure diseases as well as weaken the human body and as a result of prolonged use, there is a history of memory, sexual energy, performance decline.

But still, people are using them for quick recovery. On the other hand, doctors and drug dealers are constantly giving these medicines to the patients for the sake of reputation without caring about these side effects. So now this medicine has gained wide popularity in the world as an alternative and free from side effects.

Ayurveda is a part of the ancient medicine of India. This medical system originated in the soil of India about 500 years ago. The word Ayurveda is a combination of two Sanskrit words - 'Ayush', meaning 'life' and 'Veda' meaning 'science'. Respectively, the word Ayurveda means 'science of life'. It is a medical procedure that focuses more on healthy living than cure. Its main goal is to cure the disease.

According to Ayurveda, the four main components of the human body are holes, metal, feces, and fire. These are of special significance in Ayurveda, hence they are called ‘Original Decision’ or ‘Basic Theory of Ayurvedic Treatment’.

Faults: The three basic components of "fault" are arthritis, bile, and phlegm, all of which simultaneously regulate the body's catabolic and anabolic chemical reactions. The main function of these three defects is to help the body to build cells, muscles, etc. by getting the by-products of the digested nutrients to all parts of the body. Any disorder caused by these defects is the cause of the disease.

Metal: Metal is that which carries the human body. There are seven tissue systems in our body, namely juice, blood, flesh, fat, bone, marrow, and sperm. Metals provide the body with major nutrients and help in mental growth and formation.

Stool: Stool means dirty waste material or a waste of the body. It is a third of the trio of the body without defects and metals. Stools are mainly of three types- namely stool, urine, and sweat. To maintain the health of the body, it is very important to get rid of fecal waste. There are two main aspects of stool - stool, and kit. Stools are body wastes and kits are metal wastes.

Agni: All the chemical and digestive functions of the body are done with the help of physical fire called Agni - it is called Agni. The biochemicals produced in our liver and tissue cells are called fire.

Physical Structure: In Ayurveda, life is thought to be a combination of body, senses, mind, and soul. The living human body is a combination of these three elements (Vata, bile, and phlegm), the seven primary tissues (juice, blood, Manasa, meda, bone, marrow, and semen) or metal, feces or sweat.

The growth and digestion of the body depend entirely on the food which is being converted into impurities, metals, and feces. Our health and disorder depend on the digestive process, absorption, digestion, and chemical processes of food. Again, our mental health and fire affect our physical well-being.

Panchamahabhuta: According to Ayurveda, all the matter present in this universe, including the human body, is a combination of five special elements (Panchamahabhuta) - such as earth, water, fire, air, and space. These elements are present in our bodies at different levels according to the structure of the body and the needs of different organs.

These nutrients are also present in the food that we take for the growth of the body, which is digested by the body with the help of fire and provides physical development by providing nutrients. The tissues of the body carry out the functions related to the actual structure and the metals are composed of different structures of the Panchamahabhuta.

Wellness and illness:
The health and well-being of the human body depend entirely on the balance and physical condition of the elements present in the body. This necessary balance can vary for a variety of internal or external factors that cause illness.

This imbalance can be caused by our eating habits or by poor living or bad habits in our daily lives. Abnormalities of the seasons, improper exercise or indiscriminate use of the senses, and inconsistent use of body and mind also cause disturbances in the balance of body and mind.

Its treatment is to restore the balance of body and mind through proper diet, well-being, and improvement of temperament, healing is possible by taking medicine, healing panchakarma, and chemotherapy.

Diagnosis: In Ayurveda, the diagnosis is made only after judging the complete physical and mental condition of the patient. The physician also focuses on the patient's daily life, eating habits, digestion, cells, muscles, and metals. Etc. how much has been damaged?

Some of the following tests are also needed to diagnose the disease:
